What are your shipping charges?

Standard shipping rates apply nationwide across Pakistan. Exact shipping fees are calculated transparently right on the checkout page based on package weight and dimensions.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel an order as long as it hasn't left our warehouse yet. Please message our customer care team on WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID to halt processing.

What should I do if my package is opened or damaged upon arrival?

Do not accept packages from couriers if the security tape is explicitly torn or damaged. If you accept it and discover internal damage, take clear photos instantly and contact our support team within 24 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?
